Debt = Risk

Debt = RISK. When you think about your debt what comes to mind?

“It’s not a big deal. I can make the payments.”

“At least I’m not behind.”

“I’ll get it paid off SOMEDAY.”

“I’ll ALWAYS be in debt.”

I’ve been there! So has every single one of my clients! Each client thought their debt wasn’t a big deal until they lost their job, had a medical emergency, experienced the death of a spouse, went through a divorce, and so forth.

When is the best time to contact a financial coach? Before a crisis!

When do people usually contact a financial coach? During a crisis.

Why don’t people contact a financial coach prior to a crisis? They think their debt is manageable.

Any debt is a risk. As long as you owe a creditor you are at risk of a negative consequence if you can’t repay the debt. Owe for a house? Risk of foreclosure. Owe for a car? Risk of repossession. Owe for credit cards and/or medical bills? Risk of being sued by the creditor and having your pay garnished or a lien placed against your home.

Financial coaching can teach you how to put steps in place to minimize/prevent a crisis. I walk people through a proven plan that eliminates their consumer debt, teaches them to save for the future, and pay off their home early. Most people pay off their consumer debt in 18-24 months! Let me show you how to make a crisis a mere inconvenience!
